The Rutgers Off Campus degree completion programs give you the opportunity to reach your potential and pursue your educational goals with flexibility and convenience.

Community college graduates looking to obtain a four-year degree, seasoned professionals seeking to increase their marketability or individuals wanting to enhance their skills as they re-enter the workforce will find a host of opportunities through the Rutgers Off Campus program.

Academic Requirements

The Rutgers University Off Campus undergraduate completion program provides students, who have earned an Associate Degree from an accredited community college, the opportunity to pursue a Rutgers University bachelor degree. Students can transfer with junior status to complete their degree at Rutgers University. Those interested in pursuing graduate studies must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.

Students who wish to pursue a Rutgers University degree at an off campus location must meet all the admissions criteria of Rutgers University. Off campus students receive the same Rutgers university diploma as those students who attend on the main campuses, and are encouraged to participate in the University commencement ceremonies.

Courses offered at the off campus locations are taught by Rutgers University faculty who are renowned for their teaching and research skills. Courses are delivered in state of the art classrooms as well as in hybrid and online formats. Computer labs are also available on site for student use. Advising and up-to-date information are provided by the off campus staff who are dedicated to assisting students reach their educational goals.
